Junior Solution Consultant

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the industry vertical teams and product management to design solutions that meet the needs of our business customers
• Management of a variety of projects both tactical and strategic with a particular focus on productivity and sales development
• Application of a commercial focus to projects seeking opportunities for incremental service offerings
• Challenging current processes to enhance them by generating efficiencies or reducing risk
• Escalation of risks and identification of mitigating measures
• Preparation of status reports for assigned projects
• Strong grounding in financial services technology
• Experience liaising with senior stakeholder and leaders
• Ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts in simple terms
• Good understanding of technology sales delivery

Qualifications

• Strong technical/functional knowledge and expertise of sales/consulting
• 1 year experience in sales
• Diagramming experience including contextual, conceptual, state, activity, workflow and others
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions while maintaining a prudent approach to operational risk
• Knowledge of fund operations particularly middle and back office activities in an alternative sales management environment
• Several years experience preferably in sales operations or project management in sales operations
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in an extremely time sensitive environment
